We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to manage our chain of restaurants in Port Moresby. The candidate must have proven experience in managing restraurants and result driven to grow the business.
Key Reponsibilities;
- Coordinate daily front and back of the house operations
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer compalints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performnace and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Estimate needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
- Control expenditure
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future operations
Requirements;
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Strong leadership, management and motivatiional skills
- Degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management or related field
