THE OPPORTUNITY

CHM is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Branch Manager to lead and manage our retail branch operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining strong stock control, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures.

This is a role suited to a results-driven professional with strong people management and commercial skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the overall operations and performance of the retail branch
• Achieve and exceed sales and profitability targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and store standards
• Oversee stock control, inventory management, and loss prevention
• Manage cash handling, security, and compliance
• Recruit, train, and develop retail staff
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports
• Ensure compliance with CHM policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in retail management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven sales and customer service experience
• Strong inventory and cash handling background

• Computer literate (POS systems, Excel, reporting tools)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
