Position Title: Retail Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our Lae branch. This role is responsible for driving retail sales growth by leveraging existing customer networks, developing new sales opportunities, and delivering excellent service across Daltron’s ICT and electronics product range. The successful candidate will be active in both in-store and field sales within the Momase Region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales using existing customer networks and develop new retail and small business clients
• Assist walk-in customers with product selection, quotations, and purchasing decisions
• Promote and sell Daltron products including computers, printers, accessories, and electronics
• Conduct field sales activities including customer visits, follow-ups, and sales calls
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Maintain showroom presentation, pricing, and merchandising standards
• Coordinate with warehouse and technical teams to ensure timely order fulfilment

Qualifications & Skills

• Grade 12 Certificate or Certificate in Sales & Marketing is a bonus
• Previous experience in retail or field sales (ICT or electronics sales is an advantage)
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
• Sales-driven with the ability to meet targets
• Basic computer literacy (POS systems, MS Office, email)
• Valid PNG driver’s licence with the ability to drive
