Pacific Palms Property under Steamships Trading Company is in search of a proven, capable and results-driven individual to safeguard the financial integrity of Pacific Palms Property by accurately recording and reporting revenue, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, facilitating informed decision-making by providing reliable financial data.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. As a Revenue Accountant, your role is critical in maintaining the trust of Pacific Palms Property’s investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities and including;

• Monitor and review revenue process and recommend improvement/changes when required.
• Provide and ensure reports are completed promptly and accurately.
• Timely submission of revenue and debtors report.
• Assist in internal and external audit requirements.
• Check completeness of the sales/ revenue.
• Ensure timely invoicing of recoveries (fixed & variables).
• Assist on accounts receivable management.
• Attend and assist on project related activities.

Required Experience

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in similar role.
• Fair knowledge in PRONTO system
• Knowledge in MRI Preferred

Qualifications and Key Ccompetencies

• Bachelor’s in Business Accounting/Finance.
• Proven record of managing and operational budget across multi locations.
• Solid financial understanding
• Result driven.
