Trukai Industries Limited has a vacancy for a Ricemill Quality Control Coordinator in our Supply Chain Department based in Lae, Morobe Province. This position will report directly to the National Quality Manager.

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food safety and quality compliance providing technical support within the rice mill. The candidate will also be responsible in ensuring that the raw and packaging material received are of good quality.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science in Food Technology or related.
• Over 5 years working experience in a similar role
• Experience in FMCG company
• Proficient in Quality Control & Assurance Operation
• Excellent communication skills
• Good leadership Skills
• Highly Organized with problem solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Computer Literate
