The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate, service-driven, and results-oriented Rooms Division Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Rooms Division departments. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences across Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and Duty Management while driving operational excellence, team engagement, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, is highly organized, guest-focused, and committed to delivering brand standards and operational consistency.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Services, and Duty Management teams.
  • Ensure smooth daily hotel operations with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and operational efficiency throughout the hotel.
  • Conduct daily operational briefings and coordinate closely with all hotel departments.
  • Ensure all brand standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements are consistently achieved.
  • Monitor room inventory, occupancy, arrivals, departures, and VIP movements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Rooms Division.
  • Champion exceptional guest service and create memorable guest experiences.
  • Handle guest concerns and escalations professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor guest feedback platforms, Guest Love scores, and satisfaction metrics.
  • Work proactively to improve guest loyalty, enrolments, and overall guest engagement.
  • Ensure personalized service delivery for VIPs, long-stay guests, and loyalty members.
  • Support achievement of departmental budgets and financial targets.
  • Lead, coach, motivate, and develop a high-performing Rooms Division team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence.
  • Conduct regular training, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and company policies.

What we need from you

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3-4 years’ experience in similar role
  • A hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality.
  • Strong attention to detail and operational excellence.
  • Ability to lead under pressure and make sound decisions.
  • Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop teams.
  • Strong experience in Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong understanding of guest service standards and operational procedures.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
