BRIEF DESCRIPTION

To shape and execute the route to consumer and revenue margin growth by maximizing revenue and profitability by optimizing how our products reach the right customers through the most efficient and cost-effective routes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and Execute the RTC Strategy
  • Coordinate relevant analyses to develop a comprehensive RTC strategy focused on distribution power, execution excellence, productivity and customer loyalty.
  • Develop relevant frameworks and tooling for the Distribution Management team to execute the RTC strategy.
  1. Develop and Execute the RMG Strategy
  • Coordinate relevant analyses to develop a comprehensive RMG strategy across the B-Champ levers (Brand, Channel and Margin Performance).
  • Execute the pricing, P4P, APP, mix and promotional strategy
  1. Develop and Maintain reporting on RTC and RMG KPIs
  • Coordinate further development of RTC and RMG Dashboarding (e.g. RTC Grip, EOE, Revenue Tracker)
  • Ensure accurate reporting of RTC and RMG KPIs to the Regional Team (RTC Grip, RMG SNOW).
  1. Lead and Develop the RTC and RMG Team
  • Guide and coach the team members in their career development and optimal execution of their roles

ELIGIBILITY

  • University Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics
  • 5-10 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing operations preferably in the FMCG environment
  • Possess a current Drivers’ License.
  • Computer Literate - Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi skills
  • Knowledge in analytics, strategy, budgeting, performance evaluation
  • Knowledge in Sales Operations, issues, customers’ needs and market conditions.
  • Able to communicate at all job levels and articulate in presentations
