SAFETY TRAINER

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Safety Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will deliver high -quality safety training programs to ensure our workforce operates in compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, deliver and assess safety training programs for projects operations.
• Conduct site safety inductions and refreshers courses.
• Monitor compliance with safety procedures and industry requirements.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to employees on safe work practices.
• Maintain accurate training records and reports.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
• Proven experience in mining safety training or related field.
• Able to deliver training in areas such as Process Lock User (PLU), confined space, confined space entry, dogging, rigging, scaffolding, Cranes (slew & non slew), EWP, Telehandler, Forklift, high pressure cleaning and Cable pulling.
• Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
