Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be based at our High-End Boutique at Airways Hotel, 7 Mile and will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining and creating client relationships, promoting our products and achieving sales targets in our High-End Boutique.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships with existing and potential clients, to foster loyalty and repeat business opportunities.
- Identify new prospects: discover and pursue new sales leads through networking and market research
- Greet & Assist customers who enter the Boutique
- Handle customer enquiries
- Meet sales targets & customer satisfaction goals
- Provide feedback on customer trends and product needs
- Collaboration with marketing team to align sales strategies
- Basic receptionist duties – attend to phone calls and queries
- Ensuring the Boutique’s tidiness and cleanliness.
- Receiving and storing of Stock Delivery
- Responsible for taking & placing orders with our Resident Tailor and Production Team based at our Napanapa Office.
- Assisting Resident Tailor, Sales & Development Executive and Team with any sales or administrative tasks.

- Fluent in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or customer service is essential, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets preferably in the tailoring and retail background.
- Preferably bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or any related filed.
