Sales & Customer Service Executive Wanted!

We are a local company with a big vision and are looking for someone with equal values to join our team.

As a result of our growing business, we have a diverse range of projects we are working on, one of which needs someone with a creative flair, a go-getter approach and a passion to make change happen to take on the project management and production management for our mission to empower women and youths in Papua New Guinea.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar organization within the fashion, garment and/or textile company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product promotion, establishing and maintaining client relationships and driving sales growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with products and services provided
  • Actively seek and establish relationships with new clients to expand the company’s client base
  • Identify new prospects: discover and pursue new sales leads through networking and market research
  • Negotiate deals: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Customer support: provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and be able to address any issues or concerns.

Key Competencies:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive
  • Proficiency in English (writing and verbal)
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
  • Fast learner with a passion for sales & marketing
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.

Skills:

  • Strong communication – written and verbal are essential
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or any related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales or Customer Service is essential, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
