Job Description: Sales & Marketing Assistant (Daikin PNG)

Position Overview

The Sales & Marketing Assistant will support Daikin PNG’s business development team by coordinating marketing activities, assisting in sales operations, and strengthening client relationships in the HVAC and facilities management sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Support: Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate client records in CRM.
• HVAC Product Knowledge: Assist in promoting Daikin and partner products, ensuring technical details are communicated clearly to clients.
• Marketing Coordination: Plan and execute promotional campaigns, corporate flyers, and video content aligned with Daikin PNG’s blue‑and‑white corporate theme.
• Customer Engagement: Schedule meetings, respond to inquiries, and provide timely client feedback.
• Tender Preparation: Support the drafting of proposals and tender documents for property management and facilities projects.
• Reporting: Compile weekly sales and marketing performance reports, including ACCPAC‑based revenue tracking.
• Event Support: Assist in organizing client meetings, product demonstrations, and HVAC preventative maintenance workshops.
• Manage social media communication

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or marketing support, preferably in HVAC or facilities management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel percentage calculations, and basic CRM systems.
• Familiarity with ACCPAC ERP reporting and quoting processes is an advantage.
