SALES & MARKETING DEPARTMENT

Baosen International Holdings Limited is a leading property development company currently undertaking major commercial and residential developments within Papua New Guinea. We are seeking highly motivated, professional, and results-driven individuals to join our Sales and Marketing Team in the following urgent positions:

1. SALES & MARKETING CONSULTANT

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and marketing the Company's commercial and residential property developments, conducting professional sales presentations, generating leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the real estate, property development, construction, or commercial sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Strong ability to prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
• Current PNG Driver's Licence will be an advantage.

2. DIGITAL SOCIAL MEDIA OPERATOR

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Company's digital marketing platforms, social media campaigns, online branding, customer engagement, content creation, and advertising promotions.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Proficiency in Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital marketing platforms.
• Experience in content creation, graphic design, photography, videography, and online advertising campaigns will be highly regarded.
• Current PNG Driver's Licence will be an advantage.

3. SALES & LEASING CONSULTANT

The successful candidate will be responsible for the marketing, leasing, and pre-sales of commercial shop spaces and residential apartments, while maintaining strong relationships with prospective tenants, buyers, and investors.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in leasing, property sales, real estate, or commercial property management.
• Strong negotiation, customer relationship, and presentation skills.
• Ability to prepare leasing documentation and coordinate with prospective tenants and purchasers.
• Current PNG Driver's Licence will be an advantage.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS

• Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
