Summary

In this role, you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing Team Leader to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sales and Marketing Team Leader in developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print advertising, and promotional events, ensuring consistent brand messaging and strong market presence.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Support the sales team in managing the company's CRM system, ensuring efficient and accurate tracking of leads, client interactions, and sales data.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing Team Leader in setting performance goals, providing coaching and feedback, and conducting performance evaluations for the sales and marketing team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, industry partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Assist in developing and managing sales and marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales and marketing activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the property industry, attending industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the property industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the property market and industry trends, with a solid network of industry contacts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

Others

The Sales and Marketing Assistant Manager may be required to work extended hours, attend industry events, and travel occasionally for meetings or conferences. This is a full-time, salaried position with the opportunity for performance-based bonuses and career advancement.
