Guide customers through the buying journey and help them choose the right Ford for their needs — whether it's rugged utility or everyday adventure.
Conduct test drives, explain features, and build trust through genuine service.
Own your leads, follow up like a pro, and close with confidence.
Stay on top of stock, promos, accessories, and financing options.
Smash your targets — and get paid for it.

What You Bring:
A bold personality, sharp sales instinct, and customer-first focus.
Sales experience in auto, retail, or hospitality is ideal — but we’ll take hustle over history.
