We hiring SALES COORDINATOR – Pactrade (PNG) Limited

PacTrade PNG Ltd is a leading distributor of Fiji-manufactured and renowned international Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) in Papua New Guinea. The Company represents a diverse portfolio of established consumer brands and services an extensive customer network across major supermarkets, wholesalers, food service customers and down-the-line (DTL) retailers. As part of the wider CJ Patel Group, the business is focused on strengthening its market presence in Papua New Guinea through effective brand management, customer partnerships, distribution excellence and consumer-focused marketing initiatives. Pactrade is represented in PNG with its Head Office in Port Moresby and a branch in Lae, Morobe Province.

We are looking for an experience, energetic and self-motivated individual who comply with following requirements to join our Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Schedules: Coordinate sales team appointments and meetings.
• Lead Management: Track and follow up on customer leads.
• Time Keeping: Review employee time cards.
• Report Generation: Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Order Processing: Handle and ensure accuracy of customer orders.
• CRM Management: Update the customer relationship management system.
• Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks.
• Sales Strategy Implementation: Help develop and implement sales strategies.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments for smooth operations.

Skills and experience

• 2 years admin experience in coordination roles.
• 1 years’ experience in Sales administration most preferable in FMCG sector
• Experience in travel bookings and logistics
• Good computing skills and excellent communication skills
• Strong time management skills & ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
