Position Title: Sales Executive – Heavy Equipment & Power Generation

Overview
The position will be responsible for developing, and growing sales, of Construction and Mining Heavy Equipment, Agricultural Equipment, Diesel Generators, and associated aftermarket products and services in PNG.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers throughout PNG.
- Generate new sales leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field visits.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Develop territory growth plans.
- Conduct regular customer visits and site inspections.
- Promote and sell: Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Backhoe Loaders, Motor Graders
- Prepare quotations and tenders.
- Follow up all quotations issued and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new projects and market opportunities.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years sales experience.
- Heavy equipment, mining, construction, industrial or generator sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record in business development.
- Strong communication skills and negotiation skills.
- Commercial awareness and customer relations management.
- Ability to travel extensively within PNG.
- Valid PNG driver's licence.
