About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our growing team in Port Moresby. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our corporate clients, responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets across our product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new corporate sales opportunities within the hardware and industrial sectors
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of corporate and trade accounts
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations for clients
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales support
- Represent the company at trade events, exhibitions, and client meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in hardware or industrial sectors
- Diploma qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Current and valid Papua New Guinea driver's licence
- Port Moresby-based
Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous)
- Product knowledge or hands-on sales experience in Automotive Paints
- Familiarity with Lubricants, oils, and related industrial products
- Experience selling Tiles, Timber, or building/construction materials
- Existing network of corporate or trade contacts in Port Moresby
