PNG Motors Mt Hagen is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to take charge of the dealership’s sales team and deliver outstanding results. What You’ll Be Doing:
Take full responsibility for sales operations at PNG Motors Mt Hagen.
Coach, train, and lead your team to consistently hit and exceed targets.
Oversee lead management, sales strategy, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
Build strong relationships across departments — service, parts, and finance — to maximise results.
Track KPIs, report on performance, and refine sales processes for better outcomes.

What You Bring:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in automotive, retail, or high-value sales management.
A proven track record of leading teams to success in competitive environments.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage both people and performance.
Confidence using CRM tools, stock management systems, and Microsoft Outlook.
