SALES MERCHANDISER- LAE

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Checking the displays and merchandising of products in all outlets
• Setting up shelves, racks, and promotional displays in accordance with brand standards to attract customers.
• Regularly checking stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock situations and coordinating with logistics for timely deliveries.
• Verifying accurate pricing, signage, and promotional materials are correctly implemented.
• Delivering high quality customer service
• Ensuring Zenag's Display standards are met or exceeded.
• Ensuring older stock is moved to the front (FIFO) to manage expiry dates
• Ensuring Zenag's products are properly stored.
• Observing product movement and gathering customer feedback to report back to management.

Skills and Specifications

• Possess a grade 12 qualification or Certificate/Diploma in Sales & Marketing
• 3 years or more work experience in the FMCG industry
• Good planning & organisational skills
• Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Proficient sales reporting skills
• Be honest & be punctual.
• Must be a team player.
• Target focused & result oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to be creative & innovative.
