We at BrandForce are searching for a suitable candidate to accommodate the role as a Sales Merchandiser to be based in Goroka and Alotau.

This job opportunity is for POPONDETTA residents ONLY in this province.

Sales merchandiser role requirements;

• You must be devoting the whole of your working time and attention to your employment and to the best of your knowledge and abilities perform all duties assigned to you
• Ensure shelves are full, well presented, featuring company branding /Point of Sale materials and clear price ticketing
• Ensure target ranging is on shelves, build and maintain eye catching displays by using Point of Sale materials, displays are full and feature clear price ticketing in stores
• Weekly stock counts and ordering
• Report OOS issues to Sales Coordinator
• Respond to requests for information from Marketing manager/Sales Coordinator / GM
• Attend sales meeting with store managers to gain understanding of sales progress or methods
• Enhance BrandForce relationship with retailers and wholesalers, behaving professionally, greeting owners and managers, good PR skills required
• Able to work under pressure and deliver results on time in time
• Team player, cooperates and responds and works efficiently
• Great communication skills required on call, off call, via email or WhatsApp with BrandForce managers or key retail partners
• Able to meet monthly sales targets and tasks
• Able to work under minimum supervision and deliver tasks effectively

Ideal candidate must possess;

• Grade 12 certificate or from higher tertiary institutes in sales & marketing required
• More 1-3 years’ experience as a sales merchandiser in FMCG RETAIL
• Current references with work experience letter of clarification
• Current police clearance
• Proven records of achieved sales target
• Must reside and live in POPONDETTA
• Able to speak fluently in English, illiterate in reading and write as well
• Must be able to operate SMART PHONE APPLICATIONS SUCH AS Google EMAIL/WHATSAPP/ZOOM
• Must have possess a smart android phone
