Sales Officer
ProPest Control Limited is seeking to employ a Sales Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of the industry and market trends. You should have the ability to close deals quickly and efficiently. The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling our pest control products and services to residential and commercial clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote pest control services to residential and commercial clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify and target potential customers in the designated sales territory.
- Conduct thorough assessments of customers' pest control needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present and demonstrate pest control products and services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay informed and proactive.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts and budget to management.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Treatment & Inspection team to develop new marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness to the company brand and services and generate leads.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Job requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or relevant field.
- 3- 5 years Proven experience as a sales officer or similar sales roles
- Proficient in English and in MS office suites
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Drivers Licence – Compulsory
- Fast learner with a passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- Computer literate (excel, word & outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and use initiative
- Ability to meet deadlines
