About the Role

Daikin PNG is seeking a motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will promote our HVAC products and solutions, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth across Port Moresby and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the HVAC market.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with contractors, property managers, and corporate clients.
• Promote Daikin products through presentations, demonstrations, and site visits.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
• Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and after‑sales support.
• Manage social media communications

Qualifications/Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in HVAC, construction, or building services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical product specifications and explain them clearly to clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Drivers License required
