Position Title: Sales Representative

Job Overview

We are seeking results-driven Sales Representatives to manage and grow sales within assigned territories across Papua New Guinea. This role is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, expanding market presence, and driving revenue growth through effective selling and account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow sales within an assigned territory in line with agreed targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue new customers.
• Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and sales agreements within approved guidelines.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market feedback.
• Coordinate with merchandising and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends and provide insights to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Grade 12 certificate (minimum); diploma or certificate in sales, marketing, or business is an advantage
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, wholesale, or distribution
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to plan and manage a sales territory effectively
• Results-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel regularly within assigned areas
• Basic computer skills for reporting (Excel, email, or sales systems)
