We are seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Sales Staff to join our team. The role involves assisting walk‑in customers, processing sales, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our counter.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve walk‑in customers and provide product advice
• Process quotes and sales transactions
• Recommend HVAC parts, tools, and equipment
• Coordinate with warehouse staff on order picking and stock
• Maintain a clean and organised counter area
• Maintain organized files of customers and dockets

Requirements

• Grade 12 certificate
• Experience in counter sales, technical sales, or HVAC products is an advantage
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills (POS, email, simple data entry)
• Willingness to learn HVAC product ranges
