The Role

This pivotal role will lead the implementation of key sales tools and programs, focusing on developing our sales team across People, Systems, and Process. The successful candidate will assess training needs, develop annual training plans, and ensure the delivery of business commercial strategy.

Main duties include:
  • Partner with sales leadership to review channel strategies and develop year-long activities.
  • Leverage sales data to improve core processes and ways of working.
  • Track CRM and SFA implementation to ensure effectiveness.
  • Assess market best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide ongoing problem-solving and support to improve distribution, selling, and execution.
  • Lead change initiatives within the sales force.
  • Build sales force capability through assessment, training, and coaching.
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive improvement programs.
  • Ensure effective performance management and incentive schemes.
  • Contribute to people and talent review and succession planning.
  • Manage the sales capability budget.
Qualification and Experience:
  • Business-related degree from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and/or marketing operations, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong knowledge of operations planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of sales operations, customer needs, and market conditions.
  • Strong communication, customer engagement, and negotiation skills.
