Operating in Papua New Guinea for over 30 years, Nestlé PNG Limited is
seeking a qualified and experienced Sampling Coordinator to join our Marketing Team, based in Mt.
Hagen and covering the entire Highlands region

Reporting directly to the Trade Marketing Lead - Momase/Highlands, the Sampling Coordinator will plan
and execute regional sampling and promotional activities, lead the Sampling Team, manage POSM and
stock, and ensure high-quality consumer engagement across the Highlands region.

Key responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate monthly sampling activities across the Highlands region in line with brand
objectives and target groups.
• Lead and supervise the regional Sampling Team, including attendance, discipline, productivity and
field execution standards.
• Execute sampling and promotional activities for Nestlé brands across schools, retail outlets,
communities and other approved locations.
• Manage POSM, sampling products, equipment and inventory, including accurate stock records,
monthly stock counts and timely replenishment.
• Ensure sampling activities meet Nestlé brand, hygiene, food safety and workplace safety
requirements.
• Coordinate in-store activations with Sales teams and maintain effective working relationships with
retailers, schools, distributors and local authorities.
• Prepare and submit accurate daily and monthly sampling, activity and inventory reports.
• Coordinate regional travel, permissions and logistics to support effective campaign execution.

Qualification, skills, and experience:
• Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline from a
recognized institution.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role or within the FMCG industry.
• Demonstrated people management and field team leadership skills.
• Practical experience in POSM, stock, inventory and logistics management.
• Strong planning, organization, communication and public engagement skills.
• Basic reporting and data recording capability, including Microsoft Excel or similar tools.
• Valid and clean driver's licence, preferably Class 6.
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Highlands region.
