Role

  1. Develop and implement security policies, protocols and procedures
  2. Recruit, train and supervise security officers and guards
  3. Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
  4. Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
  5. Review reports on incidents and breaches, Investigate and resolve issues
  6. Create reports for management on security status Analyze data to form proposals for improvements

Requirement & Skill

  1. Proven experience as a security manager or similar position
  2. Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
  3. Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
  4. Working knowledge of MS Office
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Outstanding organizational and leadership skills Committed and reliable Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or Further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset
