We are currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join our Finance Division. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking for long-term career stability and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and/or prepare monthly general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
• Maintain the Fixed Assets Register
• Prepare daily bank reconciliations
• Manage the month-end closing process
• Assist the Financial Controller with financial period-end reporting
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Financial Controller

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business management
• CPA PNG qualification or currently working towards certification
• 3–5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience preferred
• Experience with Xero or other accounting software is essential
• Construction industry experience is an advantage but not required
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
