About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the branding and marketing strategies for a well-established manufacturing company. You will play a crucial role in shaping brand perception, driving consumer engagement, and ensuring market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall brand management, ensuring the achievement of profit, volume, and equity objectives.
• Develop and implement annual and long-term brand strategies to enhance market position.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Drive high-impact marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and consumer engagement initiatives.
• Oversee third-party agency relationships, ensuring high-quality marketing execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of brand plans.
• Monitor brand performance and competitor activity to optimise strategies.
• Coach and mentor junior team members, maintaining a culture of growth and excellence.

Key Requirements:

• A University Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field (Postgraduate education is a plus).
• 4-5 years of experience in marketing and brand management, with exposure to sponsorship management and sales.
• Strong analytical, project management, and financial skills for budget control.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for marketing, consumer engagement, and brand storytelling.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends when needed.
