KutMor Limited is a nationally owned landowner company that services the Oil & Gas Industry in the Kutubu and Moran areas in the Southern Highlands Province of Papua New Guinea.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidates for the following roles within our Facility Maintenance Department. This is a 6/3 FIFO role located in Kutubu, SHP and reports to Facility Maintenance Coordinator.

2 x Senior Electrician

Job Summary

The Senior Electrician is responsible for the installation, maintenance and repairing electrical systems and equipment in compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Perform installation, maintenance and repair of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures.
• Diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and repair methods.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations and internal policies.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules
• Supervise Electricians working under your team and provide technical guidance
• Maintain records of all electrical works and maintenance activities.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors on all electrical works and activities

Qualifications, Skills, and Experiences

• Trade Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
• Valid Electrical License
• Valid Class 6 Drivers License
• Proven Experience as an Electrician for a reputable company, at least 5 years’ experience as Senior Electrician
• Flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Critical thinking skills.
• Proficient in computer-based applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
