• Lead the consumer finance portfolio, overseeing personal lending, SME credit and retail finance products.
• Lead and mentor three functional Managers responsible for sales, credit administration and recoveries teams across a national network.
• Develop and execute lending strategies to grow market share, improve sales performance and maintain strong credit practices.
• Implement effective recovery strategies to minimise non-performing loans (NPLs), manage credit risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with the Head of Credit and executive leadership team to deliver business unit KPIs, strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Banking, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5years’ senior experience in consumer lending, retail banking or credit management within the financial services sector.
• Broad experience across consumer sales, collections, account management, credit administration and business development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-level teams, coach managers and drive performance across multi-site operations.
• Strong commercial, analytical and risk management capability, with a sound understanding of credit frameworks, governance and Papua New Guinea’s regulatory requirements.
