The Senior Manager – Human Resources Management role has been developed to maintain continued high-level support by providing strategic leadership and operational oversight across all aspects of human resources, workplace safety, corporate insurance and quality assurance systems to maintain workforce effectiveness.
Professionally, you will need comprehensive experience in all facets of HRM, appropriate formal qualifications and significant senior management responsibility. Personally, you will be task focussed with an effective can-do attitude but also be able to step back to visualise improvement and innovation.
