Reporting to the Head of Talent, Leadership, Learning & Culture, you will play a critical role in strengthening succession planning, driving development initiatives, and building pathways for local talent to move into senior leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead succession management and ensure successors have actionable, individualised development plans.
• Establish a regular rhythm of talent reviews and strategic discussions with leaders and HR business partners.
• Partner with business leaders to strengthen talent pipelines and support retention strategies.
• Build strong, trusted relationships across the business to embed effective talent practices.
• Use MS365 tools to support talent processes (no major system rollout initially).

Requirements:

• Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
• Strong ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate with HR teams.
• Demonstrated success in building and managing talent pipelines.
• Experience in FMCG, financial services, or related industries highly regarded.
• Must be a PNG national (local candidates strongly preferred).
