About the Role:

This role reports to a Senior Leader working within a key and driven team, focuses on serving multinational and local corporate clients, primarily in the Diversified Industries Sector, which plays a crucial role in supporting PNG's economy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of focused accounts through client origination and cross-selling.
• Engage senior client stakeholders regularly, including CEOs, CFOs, and Treasury Officers.
• Develop tailored banking solutions to enhance customer value and organisational revenue.
• Achieve revenue growth targets and maintain strong credit discipline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sustainable business growth.

What We Are Looking For:

• PNG National Ready to for their next challenge!
• Experience in Corporate and/or Institutional Banking with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to lead strategic discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• A risk management mindset with expertise in credit, market, and operational risk.
• Knowledge of institutional banking products and regulatory requirements.
• Tertiary qualification in a business-related field preferred.
