Credit Corporation Properties Limited is recruiting a suitable candidate for the role of Senior Security Supervisor.

The Senior Security Supervisor (SSS) will oversee the security operations of the business ensuring strict adherence to standard security protocols and procedures in line with company policy. This role will report to the Senior Security Operations Supervisor and is based in Port Moresby.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the security team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Schedule guard shifts to always ensure adequate coverage at our various business locations.
• Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and potential risks within the business.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and law enforcement agencies during emergencies to ensure the overall safety of our people and property.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to integrate security measures into various operational aspects
• Assist the Senior Security Operations Supervisor (SSOS) with daily reporting.
• Other duties as required by the Senior Security Operations Supervisor or General Manager, Properties.

Key requirements

• Diploma in IT / Business or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ experience in the military / police force (highly desired)
• Must possess a valid class 6 driver’s license (mandatory)
• Must be medically and physically fit
• Certified first aider / first responder is an added advantage
• Must have excellent written & oral communication skills
• Excellent analytical and strong problem-solving skills
