CreditBank PNG Limited seeks an experienced person to fill in the role of Senior Settlement Officer.
The Senior Settlement Officer is responsible for the end-to-end settlement process across all lending products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution within the Bank’s lending system. The role is critical in mitigating operational, legal, and financial risk by ensuring all pre- and post-settlement conditions are satisfied in accordance with approved credit terms, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day operation of Era Dorina Estate (EDE) Unit 1 Front desk to ensure efficient, speedy and effective service delivery to all tenants on all tenant queries and faulty reporting.
- Supervise and ensure all tenant airport and local transfer are completed as per tenant’s request and all tenant events/function are confirmed to relevant tenant.
- Co-ordinate Preventative management programs/services in the areas of various contractors and suppliers (maintenance upgrades, pool cleaning, AC and Pest treatment services and others.
- Plans and assigns weekly tasks to the service coordinator, admin drivers and the Facility admin support.
- Maintain partnership with Telikom PNG & CC .IT to ensure all Tenants Wi-Fi are online and operational with minimum downtime and inconvenience to tenants.
- Oversee and monitor the tenants complaint/work request register (Maintenance Service Spreadsheet) and communicate to the relevant sections to attend to the tenant.
- Oversee and ensure all communication with tenants for any minor or major disruption to services on the estates.
- Supervise and ensure all outstanding monthly invoices are batch for payment in a timely manner
- Open and close work order in Facility Management Information (FMI) system
- Liaise with Credit Corporation, IT team to ensure all IT issues for internal and external stakeholders are restored in a timely manner.
- Participate in all aspects of training and development as directed and use learning opportunity to develop skills necessary to improve effectiveness, efficiency and service delivery.
- Assist Property Residential Manager to ensure staff performance/appraisals for the team conducted annually in consultation with human resources.
- Assist new team members/recruits joining the facilities division for a smooth on boarding experience with the regular follow up.
Other Duties:
Perform additional tasks as directed by the Property Residential Manager in line with the Department’s requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
Required
- Diploma in Business Management, administration or related discipline.
- 3-5 years’ work experience in residential Facilities & Admin Supervisor role.
- Proficient with MS Office (excel, word, outlook etc.)
- Excellent organizational and team management skills in Supervision role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
