About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and analytical Senior Project Analyst to join the Strategy & Transformation Office. This role supports the delivery of key strategic initiatives and business improvement programmes across the organisation.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will be responsible for analysing business issues, developing recommendations, coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and supporting the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic, operational and commercial analysis to support business decision-making
  • Research, analyse and synthesise information into clear recommendations and actionable insights
  • Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, dashboards for senior leaders
  • Support the development of business cases, strategic initiatives, and improvement programmes.
  • Lead and coordinate project workstreams to ensure objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor project plans, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, planning sessions, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Prepare governance reporting and track key actions and decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation activities.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Mentor and provide support to Project Analysts where required.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the Group Head of Strategy & Transformation.
Requirements of the Role
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, transformation, project delivery, operational improvement, or related environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and power point skills
