About the Role:

We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Service Administrator to join our Service Team based in Tabubil. This role primarily exists to provide administrative support to the Business Centre Service department to ensure that our customers receive the best quality product and service.

Reporting to the Service Manager, Tabubil, your skills and experience will include:

• Ensure safety goals are achieved through personal commitment, no harm to self or others and participation in safety initiatives.
• Ensure business direction, team purpose, and change agenda is understood, agreed to and work activities are aligned
• Provide a high-quality, cost-effective service that exceeds customer expectations and returns nil customer complaints.
• Ensures segments are closed with appropriate parts, labour and miscellaneous booked to the job to ensure accurate customer invoicing.
• Monitor all jobs for quality and efficiency in conjunction with the Service Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure that labour hours are correctly encoded and that any missing labour hours are accounted for on daily basis.
• Action tasks relating to Work in Process (WIP) as requested by the Service Supervisor/Manager.
• Prepare and close segments on completion of work.

About You

• Tertiary Qualifications in Office Management/Business Administration
• Grade 12 school certificate is desirable
• Commercial and financial understanding of Work in Process (WIP)
• Knowledge of Microsoft AX Dynamics, Products and Services
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
• Previous experience working with Caterpillar parts and products.
