PNG Motors Mt Hagen is looking for a skilled, professional Service Advisor who can deliver exceptional customer service while keeping the workshop running smoothly. You’ll be the go-between — managing bookings, keeping customers updated, and ensuring vehicles are serviced on time and to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Welcome customers and manage service bookings with professionalism and care.
Explain service requirements, timelines, and costs clearly and confidently.
Coordinate with technicians and ensure vehicles are returned on time and in top condition.
Keep customers informed throughout the process and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Use ERA systems and Outlook to stay on top of admin, invoicing, and service records.

What You Bring:
Experience in customer service — ideally in the automotive, hospitality, or service industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Confidence using systems like ERA and Outlook.
Excellent time management and attention to detail.
A friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude — you make things happen, not excuses.
