Overview

Boroko Motors is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Advisors. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless customer experience while supporting workshop efficiency and service operations.

We are open to young graduates who are eager to learn and build a career in the automotive industry. Full training and development opportunities will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop
• Receive vehicles, open repair orders, and clearly document customer concerns
• Provide accurate job updates and follow up with customers
• Coordinate with technicians and parts department to ensure timely repairs
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Maintain proper documentation and service records
• Support workshop flow and improve turnaround time (TAT)

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Automotive, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, email)
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
