Overview

We are seeking a customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our automotive team. In this role, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop—providing excellent service, preparing job estimates, and ensuring repairs are completed on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and manage service booking.
- Record vehicle concerns and prepare accurate repair orders.
- Communicate with technicians and provide customer updates.
- Recommend maintenance and repair services.
- Process invoices, payments and warranty claims.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor.
- Sales experience and the ability to meet service targets.
- Ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Automotive or service desk experience preferred.
- Organized, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
