In this role, you’re not just answering phones or booking appointments — you’re the first impression, the friendly voice, and the steady hand that ensures every customer feels valued from the moment they arrive to the moment they drive away. You’ll keep our front desk running smoothly, support our busy service team, and help deliver the professional, friendly experience PNG Motors is known for.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greeting customers warmly and handling service enquiries with confidence.

• Scheduling appointments and keeping records accurate and up to date.

• Acting as the link between customers and service technicians, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation.

• Processing invoices, payments, and day-to-day admin tasks.

• Keeping the front desk area polished, professional, and welcoming.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in customer service or reception (automotive experience is a plus but not required).

• A confident communicator who enjoys interacting with people.

• Organised, reliable, and detail-focused — you get things done.

• Comfortable with basic computer systems and administration work.

• A true team player with a friendly, professional attitude.
