Credit Corporation Properties (PNG) Limited seeks an experienced person to fill the role of Service Coordinator & Admin Assistant.
The Service Coordinator & Admin Assistant is a vital role and creates the first impression of a company. The incumbent must maintain a professional attitude while conversing, be well-versed in both verbal and written communication styles and most importantly, always maintain decorum and a professional atmosphere in and around the reception. This role is based in Port Moresby.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls & attending to emails by maintaining proper etiquette and forwarding emails to the respective departments and/or people.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Provide general administrative support including data entry and document management.
- Assist with office tasks, meeting coordination, and internal communications.
- Familiar with Posting payments either cash, using a Eftpos or Cheque payments.
- Ensuring local papers are distributed correctly each morning.
Other duties
- Other duties as directed or required by the Facilities Supervisor.

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
Formal Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Diploma in Business (Office Administration) preferred.
