JOB DESCRIPTION

SERVICE COORDINATOR


The Service Coordinator plans and coordinate the delivery of an organization’s services. This employee builds and maintains relationship with customers, working to continuously improve the level of service by ensuring that customer requirements and organizational service targets are met.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting clients, answering phones and handling company inquiries in regards to service.
  • Responsible for handling and accepting service job for warranty as part of our sales support and non-warranty job for our service offer
  • Creating Job request, collecting client complete information including machine details and fault descriptions and assign technician to fix the problem.
  • Responsible to create a request for parts needed, prepare EOM reports to faulty/write off warranty machine
  • Responsible to follow-up clients pending job onsite schedule

OTHER DUTIES AND TASKS

  • Coordinate daily client service and support
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities to the Service Manager & technician
  • Communicate regularly with service manager on policies and procedures
  • Manage all service requests for clients using appropriate technicians and tools required
  • Provide communication to clients about service issues through email and phone calls
  • Provide feedback to Service Manager on service issues and trends, making recommendations for resolutions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Grade 12 or equivalent; an associate degree may be preferred for more advanced responsibilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service & sales support

The company was awarded national distributorship for both CBA and Arrow and I had also built up a dealership with companies having large clients bases who’d be a target for our software (Deloitte, Coopers & Lybrand, Daltron, etc,)
