Our service departments are critical to our reputation — they keep customers moving, protect our brands, and make sure vehicles survive real PNG conditions long after delivery.
We’re looking for experienced Service Managers to lead busy workshops across multiple locations.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the service department at your location. That includes managing technicians and service advisors, controlling workflow, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, accurately, and on time.
You’ll oversee job scheduling, productivity, warranty processes, customer communication, and service profitability. You’ll work closely with parts, sales, and dealership management to keep operations aligned and customers informed — especially when conditions, delays, or complex repairs come into play.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be visible in the workshop, across the service counter, and involved when problems need solving — not managing from a distance.
Who This Suits
This role suits someone with solid automotive service management experience who understands both people and process. You’re organised, technically confident, and comfortable holding teams to standard.
You know how to balance efficiency with quality, cost control with customer care, and pressure with professionalism. If you believe service is “just fixing cars,” this won’t be the right role.
