Job Description:

Join our Creative Team! We are seeking experiences sewers and machinists to join our production team at our Factory at Napanapa, Port Moresby. You will work on creating high-quality clothing and textiles for our fashion brand, ensuring every piece meets our standard and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sew & finish garments according to specs
2. Operate & maintain industrial sewing machines
3. Meet production targets and quality standards
4. Work with team to ensure smooth production flow

Key Requirements:

1. Experience in sewing and operating industrial sewing machines
2. Knowledge of garment construction and textiles
3. Attention to detail and quality
4. Ability to work efficiently in a team
5. Ability to read and interpret paters and specs
6. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
7. Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced factory environment

Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience with in a similar role
• Minimum Grade 12 Certificate
• Trade qualification or certificate in sewing or related field (preferred)
• Experience with specific techniques (embroidery, overlocking, buttonholes, etc.)
