We currently have a vacancy for a Shift Packing Supervisor (LAE) to join our already strong and effective Flourmill Production Team in LAE. This role will be reporting to the Packing Supervisor. The successful incumbent will ensure efficient management of whole operation in packing in bags during his shift and assist bulk deliveries during night shift to achieve daily production plan. Ensure all six packing lines in good performance. The Shift Packing Supervisor is responsible for recording raw material and packaging material usage. Following up with maintenance team when experiencing any problem with the process line. Shift packing supervisors work together with QC line, WH team. This role also is to ensure the packing system implements good GMP.

Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Deliverables

  • Follow instruction from Packing Supervisor to achieve daily production plan.
  • Coordinating with Maintenance, QC line, Forklift Operator to achieve target:
  • Coordinate with the Bulk Supervisor to assist with bulk deliveries during night shift
  • Coordinate and monitor with Bran WH Supervisor for Bran house activities during night shift
  • Ensure receipting been done for those six lines production for his output in shift in SAP.
  • Record all packaging materials, additives and Myobake, consumable stocks usage during his shift. Data provided must be accurate and tally with system.
  • Ensure quality assurance throughout production process and comply to SOP.
  • Drive the Champion safety and healthy environment.
  • Provide Continuous Improvement idea with minimum 1 idea per month and implemented
  • Review manpower utilization in whole operation in packing and bulk system and provide feedback.
  • Other duties as assigned.

To be considered for the role, you will need to have/ be:

Experience / Qualifications Required

  • Experience in Production
  • 2+ years in Production coordination role or similar.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Experience in FMCG
  • The ability to communicate in Tok Pidgin is preferable.
  • Proficient in SAP
