We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Shift Supervisor to oversee Control Room operations and ensure seamless, efficient service delivery across multiple control centres.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supervising and coordinating operations across multiple Control Rooms
• Managing shift performance, attendance, and handovers
• Overseeing incident management to ensure procedures are followed through to completion
• Ensuring timely response to alerts, incidents, and client requests
• Monitoring compliance with client requirements and operational standards
• Providing clear, professional communication and updates to clients
• Training and supporting new Fleet Controllers
• Escalating and reporting client issues to the relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring effective use of telematics systems, including vehicle shut-down and data uploads
• Maintaining confidentiality and protecting company information

Minimum Requirements

• Completion of Mix Telematics training (3 modules)
• Intermediate computer literacy

Experience Required

• Minimum 1 year experience in Fleet Control or a similar control room environment
• Working knowledge of Mix Telematics systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
