Summary

The Site Coordinator facilitates communication and coordination between project management and site management, ensuring processes are well-documented, efficient, and aligned with company standards. This entry-level role is ideal for a motivated recent graduate with excellent academic performance and the potential to grow into a key role in the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Coordination and Communication

  • Support the alignment of tasks between project management and site management.
  • Ensure information is effectively communicated between stakeholders.
  • Assist in the daily planning and tracking of site activities.

2. Digital Transformation Support

  • Assist in documenting processes and SOPs in digital formats.
  • Support the adoption of digital tools and workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Provide ideas and feedback for digitization initiatives.

3. Quantity and Material Tracking

  • Assist in reviewing material quantities and their alignment with project needs.
  • Support the preparation and monitoring of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

4. Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare regular progress reports in digital formats.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of activities and incidents.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and procedures.

5. Compliance and Quality Assistance

  • Support site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  • Assist in implementing safety protocols and ensuring proper PPE usage by team members.

6. Training and Development

  • Actively participate in training sessions to enhance technical and professional skills.
  • Learn from experienced project and site managers to build expertise.

Job Requirements

Education

  • 0-3 years with a diploma or higher in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Outstanding academic performance demonstrating a strong foundation in relevant subjects.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and able to adapt to digital tools quickly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of material quantities and construction processes.
  • An interest in ERP systems is a plus.
