The Stanley Hotel and Suites seeks to hire a highly skilled and creative Social Media Coordinator to join the Sales and Marketing Team.

In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our online presence and driving engagement across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing content, including text posts, flyers, videos, and images for our social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.
  • Promotion: Actively promote the hotel’s products, services, and unique offerings through targeted social media strategies and campaigns.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers on social media to build relationships and promote the hotel’s services and amenities effectively.
  • Strategy Development: Create and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive
  • Market Research: Identify and research potential accounts and market segments, taking action to convert leads into loyal
  • Client Communication: Coordinate with various departments to communicate client requirements and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel’s key selling points, products, and services, including supplementary services such as airport transfers, tours, and special packages.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and sustain effective relationships within industry bodies, local communities, and relevant
  • Sales Techniques: Employ up-selling and suggestive selling techniques to promote the hotel’s products and services and engage with potential clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or a related
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter).
  • Proficiency in operating multiple content creation software (Photoshop, Publisher, MS Office, Coral Draw, Canva, etc).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop visually appealing
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and campaign
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and internal
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a
  • Certification in Marketing, Graphic Designing, IT or a related field.
